Educational Background and Experience

It's nice to meet you! After over 20 years in the allied health and corporate wellness industries, I describe myself as a veteran wellness professional bringing a touch of "old school" customer service and hospitality alongside cutting edge nutrition and well-being support. I hold my Masters degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University and my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in addition to a Certified Nutrition Specialist®, credentialed by the American Nutrition Association® through its Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists™.
As stated from the American Nutrition Association:
"The Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential (CNS®) is the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. Certified Nutrition Specialists practice science-based personalized nutrition therapy to power people to health."
What I Do

Well, what I do is help them dial in their nutrition so they can finally achieve those goals.
But really, food is just the beginning.
The real transformation that inevitably happens in all of my clients occurs when good nutrition coupled with the targeted lifestyle support serves as a catalyst for a healing cascade leading to lowered stress, improved well-being, and happier, more balanced lives.
I do this by facilitating a non-judgmental space of raw authenticity with each person to identify the true root cause of their concerns. As a team, we use evidence-based tools and resources to re-establish harmony among body, mind and spirit. But it doesn't stop there.
Together, we create a process to help you recognize patterns and prevent the issue from returning again. This helps you maintain your sustainable, life-changing results.
